Hahaha Fox is still beating MSNBC and CNN. It’s not Fox, and it’s not news. It’s cable and television as a whole.

I know plenty of guys appreciate the babes,
but it turned my stomach to see them all dressed
like hookers and blow-up dolls.

Bleached teeth, bleached, straightened hair, too much
makeup, too much cleavage and always with
somebody’s crossed legs center stage.

They share the same spandex dresses from Wardrobe and
could somebody bring back stockings?
Bare legs look so trashy and dirty.

Greta is the only one excused from the exercise.

As for actual programming.... it’s a slightly slanted
channel that corners the lion’s share of news viewers,
as most Americans are right-leaning. It’s a marketing
strategy. There’s no meat with those potatoes.

I believe it’s designed to “lead” viewers to desired
opinions, which is same old same old Mass Media.

Smoke and mirrors.

And most viewers probably think they’re getting a
true, Conservative POV.

Just my 2 cents, fwiw. Haven’t watched more than a few minutes of something in probably 9 years.

Fox has more viewers than the other cable channels combined, I believe.

Well said!

I stopped watching them a few years ago.

The husband still DVRs some FOX News programs, but he seems to watch less and less of each program.

“Fair and Balanced.......

What’s wrong with that ?”

I haven’t watched Faux News in years because I saw early that they are not conservative. They are GOPe Lite.

They push the GOPe line and the pro-homosexualist mindset. They are pushing leftist propaganda, but they are often clever with it.

I was once fooled by them.

Why do they have to be conservative ?

I thought the 4th. estate was supposed to tell both sides of a story.

I take that back. I have tried to watch them several times but just can’t take more than a few minutes.

Bingo!

And most viewers probably think they’re getting a true, Conservative POV.

They're not, that's just it. Like you said, it's all smoke and mirrors, blow up doll reporters and liberals masking as conservatives (like O'Reilly).

And you notice that they never "uncross" those legs while the camera is on them. I wonder how the producers would react to a genuine person who changes positions every few seconds on one of their shows. It'd probably drive them nuts.

Giving air time to the crips and bloods pretty much lost my viewership. What idiots.

I suppose that if Geraldo looked cool...that is a good thing.

“I thought the 4th. estate was supposed to tell both sides of a story.”

But they do not give both sides of the story. They do not give the conservative view, do they?

The dims and gop are the same story.

that’s what people turn to Fox News to avoid.

But they don’t avoid it. Fox News is part of the Ministry of Propagagnda, they just package it differently.

“Just askin’....

Just answering.....FR, of course! ;-)

The last time I watched network news was some time around 1985 - 1986.

The last time I watched Faux News was when the ‘opinionaters’ on Faux News trashed Newt Gingrich. Forget BO, the biggest bloviator on the planet! ;-)

I discovered FR in November of 2001. I have been reading the news on this site since that time unless there were links on FR which led to other sites.
