This brings the cost of a Windows Remote Desktop and Remote Applications client way down -- the Raspberry Pi is well under $100 (just add any K/V/M).
And since Raspberry Pi is a full-fledged Linux computer, the opportunities for development and customization are pretty great too.

All well and good, but I’d be happy with a web browser that works.
I’m running a PI2 and the Epiphany browser doesn’t handle Flash or YouTube audio worth a damn.

We got my youngest a Pi for Christmas. It’s been about as steep a learning curve for me as for him (not being a Linux guy myself).
His biggest beef with the Pi these days is performance - “it’s too laggy dad!”
