That’s because this site was built with 1993 technology.

Don’t get me wrong - I LOVE FR...
It’s just so n freakin old!!!

Come on Jim! What do you need / how much do you need to get this site updated? I’ll be happy to kick in!

It’s sooooo frustrating because I post at another site where you CAN use html any time you want. But adding a color or a pic or bold doesn’t change the format you wrote in. It just adds to your post.

well HTML is a language so you need to learn how to speak it. All html statements start with an < and end with an />

Typically right after say you are going to make a statement < you say what you are going to be making a statement about. In the case of posting a image you say img src = (image source is) then you enter the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) for the image you want to display, be sure to place the URL in quotes! img src="URL" then you end the statement with />

You statement to display an image should look something like this

< img src="url"/>

There is a nice pic

If you want to be nice you can add a with=500 at the end of your statement 500 is a nice size for images on FR.

My statement to display that pic looks like this

< img src="http://images.fanpop.com/images/image_uploads/Eva-Green-eva-green-242707_1280_1024.jpg" width=600/>
