No, he lost his job for harassing a young woman who works hard and whose opinions do not necessarily reflect those of the company. His “stance” and his behavior are two different things.

The people who work at Chick-Fil-A have always been courteous and friendly to me, even on one occasion when they got my order wrong. The stores are always clean and appealing.
