Well, becoming the victim and proving an all-out conspiracy that you are the victim is rediculous, and the loud channels of feminism are broadcasting that. Chances are the group was just tired of playing victim cards and wanted to move on.

My wife and I have talked through gamergate and related battles and come to the conclusion that feminists win many of their battles by slinging mud and shame...

Gamers are already a tiny bit anti-social and the mud and shame slinging doesn’t evoke the same response as it does from the general public. Their response is to throw back... The feminists as a group are not used to taking on a hard target, and have not fared well in that battle.

It is now expanding past just gamers and into the fantasy/scifi crowd. I read an excellent blog post (linked right here on free republic) about the sad puppy campaign. One more example of a group starting to push back and say that the left pushed it too far.

It was very clear from the start of the radical feminism movement in the sixties that the leaders were trying to portray all women as victims and all men as oppressors.

I read their literature at the time, and a lunatic like Andrea Dworkin was not an aberration. Most feminist leaders expressed opinions not too different from her wacko beliefs.

Susan Brownmiller wrote a book "Against Our Will" where she said ALL MEN!! were complicit in the oppression of women. ALL MEN!!! were evil, nasty, slimy creatures who should have been thrown in a deep, dark pit according to those feminists.

They're still at it as shown by the latest fake rape crises. These leftist wackos will never stop their crusade against men AND America.

Sorry, Breitbart got played here by not doing journalism. This group was kicked out for misrepresenting their credentials and disrupting panels, ie denying others their freedom of speech. Then pulling alinsky tactics when they got busted. I agree with the aim of the group, but the Expo was within their rights. Had nothing to do with counter-feminist viewpoints.
