The watch is a failure when it’s touted as the end all be all prop-up for 2015 by a listless, non-diversified single product corporation run by a militant hippy queer.
You can be sure that any company doing that will fail.
Your ad hominem attack on their ceo not withstanding, you really don’t understand business.
Apple is a virtually debt free company, with not only the highest market capitalization of any U.S. Company, but enough cash on hand that it literally could not take in 1 more dollar in revenues and pay all its bills and employees for another decade and still have cash left over.
As to non diversified I wonder how you figure that, Apple lnot only created two new consumer market segments in just over a decade it completely disrupted 2 industries in that same time and in case you hadn’t noticed just put itself into a position where a cut of every consumer credit card transaction by anyone using their devices.
Single product company? You truly have never bothered to look at an apple sec filing if you think they are a single product or single revenue stream company.
You may not care for the politics of their executives but your little rant is just well to quote a pop song “haters gonna hate hate hate hate”
You have no idea what you are talking about. . . in fact you are totally misinformed. Apple is NOT a single product company, Up Yours Marxists. Nor is anyone at Apple touting the watch as the "end all be all" for Apple. . . and you description of Apple as a "listless, non-diversified single product corporation" misses the aim by a country mile. I do agree with the militant queer comment. . . but not the "hippy" part. He looks more buttoned down Preppy than hippy. The only thing missing is the cardigan sweater thrown over his shoulders.
As for Apple being a single product company, that' only in your and adorno's only in your Reality Distortion Field imagination. He made this claim in an earlier thread this year. Here is a partial list of Apple's current products and service that generate revenue:
Apple received just last quarter of 2014:
None of these data point to a single product company. There are many companies out there who would love to have any one of the non-phone segments of Apple's business.
There are companies who would LOVE to be the kind of FAILURE that you say Apple is ... :-) ...
