When I am put in charge of the Federal Department of Corrections (or whatever they call it) it will be be back breaking hard labor for everyone... breaking big rocks into gravel with a 12 lb. sledge. All day. Every day. From sunup to sunset. Til the day they are released... or die. Whichever comes first.
