That is not an easy thing to do. I was in a small town in France and had quite a fall. Those tires are no meant for cobblestones.

So the rich international cyclists sponsored by big corporations use slave, oops volunteer, labor to maintain their course. I am a bit surprised the left in France is down with that.
Isn’t there some sort of deal where they sell souvenir cobbles after replacement?
Looks to me like they just reset the cobbles. Critters look pretty hard.
Watched this on TV last night.
