Given the clue that her name rhymes with a part of the female anatomy, Jerry and George come up with possible candidates: Aretha (for urethra), Celeste (for breast), and Bovary (for ovary), and finally George suggests Mulva. The payoff to the joke comes at the end of the episode when she presses him to say her name.

Thanks… Never caring much for that show, I had to look up the connection with the name. ‘Dolores’ seemed to be a bit of a stretch [sic] as far as a rhyme word; I might have guessed ‘Regina’ …...

It was a stretch, based on a common mispronunciation of the word that supposedly rhymed with Dolores. That word, unlike “Dolores,” is accented on the first syllable, not the second.

Apologies for such discussion during this solemn Week...
Probably should take care of the foul mouth:

For those who need to work
The via dolorosa each day
Is scraping just to cover
The bills we have to pay

Living daily on the edge
Squeezing every last dime
We languish in privation
And Obama golfs any time

In two years when he’s gone
Maybe, as Reagan once said
Our long nightmare is over
And we’ll start to get ahead

She does look good-natural looks better than a stretched face and lips so full of collagen that they look like a trout’s. I’m not too far behind her in age-I intend to remain natural, so I’m encouraged by the way she looks...

As for morgellons, my money is on it being a psychological disorder-maybe a result of past drug use-we’re only beginning to know what the long term effects of many prescription and illicit drugs are on the mind-and a lot of people in my generation did an awful lot of both...

A+++++
He may be a terrible president, but who else could have made a deal with Iran? (OK, maybe Neville Chamberlain, but he’s dead. And British.)
Excellent poem.

Thank you!

From what polls show, that pre-pre deal doesn’t seem to be destined to go much of anywhere-too many are skeptical and don’t trust the main sponsors of terror-thankfully...

Must be a HORRIBLE sensation, poor thing. I always liked her voice.

I like her voice, too-an obscure song she sang that I liked in my teens was “Love is Just a Four Letter Word”. I have a CD of Trio-a collection of old folk/country songs she did with Dolly Parton and Linda Ronstadt-the harmony is great.
