Unbelievable Video.
Call it the parking job seen 'round the web.
A video has gone viral of D.C. Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton executing an objectively poor parking job -- even by Washington standards.
The incident, and video, were first reported by Roll Call. A tipster was apparently on the scene and watched as Norton angled her car into a diagonal spot near Capitol Hill, ending up practically perpendicular to the surrounding vehicles.
The tipster told Roll Call this was around the time of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani's address to Congress on Wednesday.

We spent some time in the US Capitol....having lunch in the Congressional cafeteria.
I have never seen a larger group of self-important people [m&f] with their noses in the air parading around.
Overheard in a conversation: *What do you want? I can make that happen.* ....this from a staffer. A den of iniquity.
I always thought one could spot mental impairment by observing driving behavior.. If we imagine the average driver as having the mental brilliance of a 100 watt bulb, some race car drivers might be 150 or 200 watts. On the other hand, many of the people we see on the road are at 75 watts or 60 watts. That non-voting delegate in the video is operating somewhere below the level of a 15 watt refrigerator bulb.

Their wasn’t enough bats available to fill her belfry or sqirrels for her attic, owls up in the loft. She was apeshit, bughouse, batty, and mad as a march hare.... but all is not lost cuz we still have Sheila Jackson Lee to fill her shoes.
Where I come from, refrigerator lights were always 40 watt bulbs. Ergo, that Congressional Dimwit is duller than a fridge bulb. Har!

This is reason enough to ban DC delegates from voting forever, and probably most members of the CBC.
