An ISIS fighter filmed his fellow terrorist pals trying to use artillery against its enemies, which were being covered with U.S. air support. What happens next, well
is just plain predictable. Video at link

In the video its either the hand of God or the US Air Force. Regardless, I love it! (Is that weeping I hear from the White House?)

More on the description of this video clip from Daily Military & War Archive at
YouTubeA fighter from ISIS caught the exact moment of an US air strike on his position near the Syrian border in Iraq.
The bomb was a GBU commonly used by US Air Force, the ISIS Cannon was a soviet M1954 (M-46) probably taken from the Syrian government army. No injury reported during this strike

Looked more like the piece blew up on it’s own. Note the chunk that looks like part of an exploded barrel.

Which is one of the reasons that artillery pieces are under some kind of camouflage cover out in the field.
Aerial attack has so many advantages over ground advance.

In the video its either the hand of God or the US Air Force. Regardless, I love it! (Is that weeping I hear from the White House?) It was good, wasn't it? I am sure Obama is disappointed. The slow motion shows a missile or a bomb just before impact. I don't know much about explosives, but it seems to me, if it were a bomb, there might be more collateral damage, but I just don't know. I did get a kick out of the guy running his mouth, then groaning after the impact. It's a beautiful thing.

That’s why 13B are called “Gun Bunnies”, they fire and then run like heck to another position so they don’t catch stuff with their laps.
A good crew can actually be packed and on the road quickly.
These guys?
LOL.

The video looks fake to me. Videographer and everybody else should have lost their footing at a minimum after an explosion like that.
Frame of bomb falling is too clear, especially in the vertical dimension, which is the direction of movement.
And why would ISIS post this video? How would they benefit from that?

I couldn’t decide if it was a 130mm or a 152mm.
