Also, Reagan didn’t introduce the practise of referring to your women as “bitches and hos”, that was entirely self-created by da black community. The rap community used Iceberg Slim's autobiography "Pimp" (from the 1960s) as a handbook to being a 'playa'.
One of Slim's statements was that the key to having power over a hooker was to make her forget that Lincoln ever freed the slaves. Make her more afraid of being alone or having to face your vengeance than going to the cops. The Democrats learned well from Mr. Slim's book - keep them dependent on Big Sugar and on the plantation afraid to leave.

It isn’t just that Mr. Doggie Person made this absurd remark, it is that he did it as the KEYNOTE speaker at SXSW in Austin without challenge from the audience or interviewer. It’s that his sentiments were echoed by Daily Beast without ridicule (in fact them gave them headline coverage without rebuke).
