It was sad that the poor baby didn't survive the night due to the cold but it's so heartwarming to see how hard the Jaguar tried to keep it safe and warm!

Baby was dead going to die any way. Animals act like animals. The attempt to keep the baby safe was cute, but it also probably was being kept for dessert, or a late night snack.

You will find such behavior in domesticated animals that have been around other animals from birth and are well fed.

In the wild, not so much.
