The following observations are inescapable:
1. Black and white youth populations both were better behaved then than now.
2. Married parents acculturated children more successfully than today’s swarm of bureaucrats and AgencyPersons.
3. Parents acculturated children at far less cost to society.
The following conclusions may be said to be clear to the meanest of intellects:
1. Leave acculturation of children to their parents.
2. Shut down all government agencies involved in the Pooblik Screwl Collective.
3. Specifically legalize traditional punishment for bad behavior.
4. Punishment for bad child behavior should be left to the parents.
Place a substantial bounty on violent criminals such as the one shown in this video. Said bounty to only be paid for a dead offender:
1. Bounties once worked well in America, and can again work.
2. Taxpayers should not be burdened with the expense of trying and jailing violent criminals.
