KENOSHA, Wis. —An officer with the Kenosha Police Department shot and killed a person Saturday morning, department officials said.
Police said the shooting happened at 22nd Avenue and 56th Street just after 9:30 a.m.
The scene was spread across a couple of blocks.
Police say they were attempting to arrest a 26-year-old man with a felony warrant.

Don’t think so. The Michael Bell discussed in the article appears to be an older man who’s apparently taken up victim advocacy since his son was shot in 2004. You might want to have that pic removed.
