“”We ourselves in the European Union provoked the conflict through our territorial expansionism in the Ukraine. We poked the Russian bear with a stick, and unsurprisingly, Putin reacted.”
Neville Chamberlain could not have said it better.

F—k The EU, Says Americas Top Europe Diplomat
President Obamas top diplomat to Europe has been caught on tape saying Fk the EU.
The conversation between Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and U.S. Ambassador to the Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt was anonymously leaked on YouTube.
In the leaked telephone call, first reported by the Kyiv Post, Nuland sharply criticizes the European Unions handling of the Ukraine crisis and lays out the administrations desired outcome for the crisis.

Nigel Ferage had got it right. You poke a bear with a stick at your peril when you are armed with nothing but that stick. It is quite clear that there is no heart in Europe to maintain significant sanctions must less confront the bear with real military force. The worst thing you can do is meddle in the national interests of foreign powers unless you are both prepared and equipped morally and militarily to impose your result on both of them. Recent history has shown that neither the United States nor Europe, either separately or together, has the moral or physical wherewithal to act in Ukraine.
Your complaint should not be with the messenger but with the infrastructure which creates the hypocrites in Brussels and in Washington.
