See this for what it is. A back hand, perhaps not as visible as Inviting Netanyahu to speak, but this one has more of a sting to it as it lays out the reality for both Obama and the Iranians — that nothing Obama negotiates becomes a binding treaty until the Senate says so.
Who said it was going to be a treaty? Where exactly did you see that?
It will be characterized as an agreement and the Republicans will let it stand as usual. Just like they do with the spending increases and everything else that’s damaging to this country.
