That isn’t necessarily an unreasonable position. Police are very skilled at eliciting confessions, even from those who didn’t do it. If he didn’t confess with the presence of a lawyer, this is probably best.

Why won’t Obama say #WhiteLivesMatter?
Authorities say surveillance video from Oct. 22, 2013, shows Chism following Ritzer into a school bathroom, wearing gloves and a hood, then later walking out of the bathroom alone. A short time later, the video shows Chism pulling a recycling barrel through the school and outside.
Ritzer’s body was later found in nearby woods, naked from the waist down and with her throat slit and a note that read, “I hate you all.” Authorities said she was sexually assaulted with a stick. A bloody recycling bin was found nearby.
Was, this a case of a wild white youth, attacking a youthful black female teacher/ or perhaps a black male, teacher? Just wondering. So, what’s the word- on this rare crime of happenstance?

One of the worst crimes ever recorded in the U.S. This monster should have been turned loose into South Boston for true “justice” to be delivered. this trial is already a mockery.

He would not be an adult if it had been just sex. If someone has the mental capacity to commit adult sex crimes, why are they not seen as having the mental capacity for adult sex?
I hate that the Supreme Court won’t let them give him the chair. But you have to answer why a 14-year-old has to commit murder in order not to be innocent?
Maybe they can get an ASBO from the Brits, and slap that on him!
