Today's feature stars conservative movie legend and Biblical and historical epic veteran Charlton Heston in one of his few forays into comedy. He plays an American soldier behind enemy lines in World War II Italy using pigeons to communicate information to the Allies. Lovely Elsa Martinelli(John Wayne's leading lady in Howard Hawks' "Hatari") plays the local girl he falls in love with.
