First one I’m going to miss in 5 years. The missus is flying out Sunday for a meeting and I’m tagging along.

Weather is forecast to be great - sunshine in the mid 70’s.

Enjoy.

You might talk to tubebender. He denies involvement in last weeks heist but it sure looks like him on the motel survellience video.

I’ve had suspects in the back of my patrol car look a lot less guilty then that blue-collared forever friend.

I had to look but found an article that had some info on Kurt Busch. While he still denies the assault he has started NASCAR’s rehabilitation process. Neither he nor NASCAR will say what the process involves or how long it’ll take.

Good Morning HDx2, All, sorry about lack of News. Back Home and things are chilling out. (except for the Dog fights, I've had to split them up.)

Well here goes NUTSCAR playing games AGAIN!

NASCAR adjusts track schedules for next three races:
NASCAR officials have tweaked the opening day schedules for upcoming Spring Cup Series races at Las Vegas, Phoenix and Auto Club Speedway after delays in pre-qualifying inspection a week ago resulted in 13 teams failing to make it onto the track in time for qualifying. Friday's opening practice for Sprint Cup teams, originally scheduled to last 1 hour, 25 minutes, has been shortened by 10 minutes at all three tracks. Qualifying for the three events will now take place five minutes later than previously scheduled. Those changes provide an additional 15 minutes of time for teams to prepare their cars for inspection and for officials to complete the inspection process. The revised schedules, which also note that qualifying inspection now begins five minutes after the completion of Friday's practice, are for the three West Coast races. No adjustments have been made for races beyond the Auto Club event. Teams have 50 minutes after practice to present their cars for inspection, at which time all work on the entries must cease.(NASCAR.com)(3-5-2015)

Kurt Busch agrees to NASCAR terms: Kurt Busch has agreed to the terms and conditions dictated by NASCAR that he must complete to get reinstated from his suspension. NASCAR spokesman David Higdon said Monday that Busch informed the sanctioning body late last week that he would go through the process. Higdon would not reveal details of the terms and conditions, saying that is between the driver and the "expert facilitator" of the program. He said there is no timetable for the Stewart-Haas Racing driver to complete the program. Busch was suspended indefinitely on Feb. 20, two days before the Daytona 500, after a Kent County (Del.) Family Court commissioner released his findings that Busch had committed an act of domestic violence Sept. 26 against his ex-girlfriend, Patricia Driscoll (ESPN), for full past news on the suspension and court case, go to #41 Team News and Links page.(3-2-2015)

NASCAR changes rule regarding reporting criminal charges: On Wednesday, NASCAR issued a series of technical bulletins to teams, with most of the additions to the rule book focused on aspects of the cars such as the minimum weight of front and rear hubs, approved brake ducts and other miscellaneous items. However, the first item on the bulletin was listed as "Section 2.11 Required Notice." Under the Membership section of the rule book, this new addition states, "Any NASCAR Member charged with any violation of the law (misdemeanor and/or felony) shall notify NASCAR ... prior to the next scheduled Event or within 72 hours of being so charged, whichever is earlier." This amendment to the rule book has been implemented throughout NASCAR's top national touring series, as well as down to the weekly racing series. Tom Bryant, director, racing operations communications for NASCAR, told FOXSports.com Thursday the new language now requires members to report criminal misdemeanors to the sanctioning body, something that was not the case before Wednesday. "We expect our NASCAR members to maintain a certain standard of professional behavior and this is another mechanism to ensure we're doing that," said Bryant. "NASCAR has made it very clear to our entire membership and the broader industry that any actions of abuse will not be tolerated in the industry," NASCAR executive vice president and chief racing development officer Steve O'Donnell said last Friday in Daytona while addressing Kurt Busch's suspension. "I want to make it clear that any inference that there is a culture or a tolerance for this type of behavior is patently false."(FoxSports)(2-26-2015)

Third-generation Allison to begin his stock car career: Robbie Allison will get his first experience in full-body stock cars in 2015, and he'll be leaning heavily on the advice of his racing coach and grandfather - 2011 NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee Bobby Allison. The 23-year-old third-generation driver is the son of the late NASCAR star Davey Allison, who was killed in a helicopter crash in 1993. As a child, Robbie began racing in the typical junior divisions where tomorrow's racing stars cut their teeth. But following a serious crash, his mother put her foot down. "I grew up racing Bandoleros, karts - half-scale Cup cars - mini Cup cars basically," Robbie told the Times-News Saturday. "I had a really horrible accident, relatively speaking for a Bandolero car. It freaked my mom out a little bit, so she basically told me you don't race until you go to college." While attending college, he started getting back into racing, driving in the three-quarter scale Allison Legacy Series founded by his great-uncle Donnie Allison and grandfather Bobby. Robbie graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with degrees in journalism and marketing, and now he's ready to graduate to racing full-size cars as well. He joined dozens of racers Saturday at the annual Kingsport Speedway car show at the Kingsport Town Center. In 2015, Robbie will compete as a rookie in the Street Stock division at both Kingsport Speedway, which races Friday nights, and Lonesome Pine Raceway in Coeburn, Va., which races Saturday nights. It's always better to learn in quality equipment, and Robbie will be starting out in two proven winners - a couple of Camaros owned by local racers Tony Vance and Duke Bare. The deal came about with the help of Lorin Ranier, who is the son of Davey Allison's first Cup car owner, Harry Ranier. Robbie's goals for 2015 are to compete in every Street Stock event at both Kingsport and Lonesome Pine, acquire experience, and hopefully put himself in a position to take over a Late Model ride in the near future.(see full story at the Kingsport Times News)(3-5-2015)
