Yes, but with a disease as virulent as the measles, that number of cases across a country the size of the U.S. means the disease is practically eliminated. Not completely, like smallpox, but nearly so.

Practically eliminated... So it’s not going to kill 23,000 Americans this year? Or 50,000 good to know. Thank you for proving that this disease is being overhyped. I am glad to hear it.
