U.S. officials in Louisiana are investigating how a dangerous and often deadly bacteria got out of a high-security laboratory at a research facility, USA Today reported on Sunday.

Authorities told the newspaper there was no risk to the public, though the extent of the contamination remains unknown after the safety breach at the Tulane National Primate Research Center.

Around here all the sudden, despite nurses being in demand and the nursing programs stepping up, the hospitals are now not hiring “new nurses”. (nurses that can pass the license that are from other countries, and not citizens are at the front of the line).

I used to have a LEGAL IMMIGRANT NIGERIAN FRIEND. She and her husband/two kids WAITED YEARS TO COME HERE LEGALLY. He had his doctorate and so did she. They had to take gas station and walmart jobs. Due to their lack of Spanish, they were at the bottom of the list of jobs (along with we Americans who are not fluent anymore). My friend was very upset with the RULES OF LEGAL IMMIGRATION that they followed that the ILLEGALS DID NOT. American middle class is dying. Illegal Immigrants, as well as Legal Immigrants are taking jobs away and lowering the wages. Thanks to the Illegal Immigration Lobby and the Zuckerbergs of the US. Treasonous.

Because when you are dead, there is no risk.

Death also absolves the dead person of all future responsibilities. During an Inspection on San Vito Air Station in the late '70s, an inspector asked a young airman who he would notify if was injured on the job. The young man thought about it for a second then said, "Well, if I was killed, I guess I wouldn't notify nobody". The inspectors looked at each other for a second, then one of them said that the airman was correct. As they walked away, I could see their shoulders spasming as they tried to contain the laughter until they were out of sight of the airman.

Eh...it’s a bit down the road. I said somewhat because the main road is fairly sparse consisting of a few dozen multi-acre houses and leading to no major area other than an isolated subdivision. The buildup on 190 has put a lot of retail and commercial space within spitting distance on the backside. Plus a few housing developments encroached on the south side.

It’s but directly butted up against anything and the ways to get to it are limited though.

Strangely enough, this bacteria kills the body but leaves the brain intact and the victim hungry for living human flesh.

So, it could be loose in DC and we'd never notice?

False glanders. Great. This used to be a problem in horses and was confused with the diagnosis of Glanders. It is a reportable disease but not been seen except one case if I remember correctly in Oklahoma several years ago.

Yes, but the DC variant leaves the brain hungry for other people’s money.

I remember President Bush warning about biowarfare but I never though he meant from within.
