Wait, that answers my own earlier question: those work permits and SSN docs ACTUALLY ARE in circulation already, not just being printed. Now they know if they flash them, it’s admitting they are illegal AND the FED has their address and phone #. Otherwise things would just continue as they always have and say nothing, let alone self-deportation.
