BTW, you bring up a name few folks know much about but after the failed Beer Hall Putsch, Rohm moved to Bolivia where he served as an adviser to the Bolivian army for six years He once boasted to a friend that he had "buggered" every cadet in the Bolivian military academy. And if you know about Rohm's proclivities, that is probably close to a true statement.
It’s good to hear this from multiple sources. In addition to TMCMIW, who I find pretty reliable, earlier today Judge Napolitano said the judge has denied a stay more than once (irreparable harm) and that SCOTUS will not touch it until it has been argued out in lower courts. He also said Hanan called out the White Hut lawyers for lying to his face (they said Obama wasn’t changing the law; he had his clerks go find news articles where Obama said ‘I changed the law’). Judge Hanan is a patriot.

Wait, that answers my own earlier question: those work permits and SSN docs ACTUALLY ARE in circulation already, not just being printed. Now they know if they flash them, it’s admitting they are illegal AND the FED has their address and phone #. Otherwise things would just continue as they always have and say nothing, let alone self-deportation.

All depends on what kind of pressure and sliming they bring on this judge who could do a Judge Roberts to us. But offhand this judge looks to be made of much stronger stuff.
