Even though the regime says it will not file an appeal, obozo is not about to adhere to the judge’s ruling and his amnesty plan will move forward on schedule regardless and because of the ruling, now congress will fully fund DHS and do exactly squat about obozo’s unconstitutional act.
Even the Marxist in the white house knows he doesn’t have a leg to stand on with this one. Hopefully the SC will take it’s normal 2 years to even take up the case and this will all be settled by the next president. We just need to be sure that next president isn’t Clinton or Bush.

The reason is simple: While DOJ thinks it will ultimately prevail on the merits, department officials believe they would not succeed in seeking an emergency stay.
The judge’s ruling is likely to remain intact while the case is appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and possibly to the Supreme Court. That process is likely to take six months or longer.
