Looks like it’s supposed to mean either to be hit with a glass bottle or mug, or slashed with broken glass; use of a glass object as a weapon in any fashion.
I haven’t heard “glass” used as a verb until now.

Glassed? I, too, questioned what this term actually meant. Apparently when one is drunk and hits someone with a bottle, that person has been "glassed".
