A Valentine's Day cinema screening of Fifty Shades of Grey ended in chaos when three women were arrested for attacking a man.
Witnesses claim the bust-up started after the victim asked the "worse for the wear" women to quieten down during a viewing on Saturday evening.
Police then rushed to Grosvenor Cinema in Glasgow's west end where they arrested three women.
Cinema visitors also claimed the man had been glassed and that staff were forced to wipe blood from seats before the next screening of the film.

Looks like it’s supposed to mean either to be hit with a glass bottle or mug, or slashed with broken glass; use of a glass object as a weapon in any fashion.
I haven’t heard “glass” used as a verb until now.

Glassing is a physical attack using a glass as a weapon.

If I remember correctly, it typically means smashed in the face with a glass bottle, typically resulting in shredded flesh.

Glassed? I, too, questioned what this term actually meant. Apparently when one is drunk and hits someone with a bottle, that person has been "glassed".

Having read the Daily Mail, glassed is a word the British use.

As a hunter, I glass my prey with binoculars. I thought someone was glassing some good looking babes here.

This movie is a pain in the glass, in more ways than one.

Glassed? By three women? Is it related to being scissored?
At this point I don’t know whether to be envious of the guy or horrified.
