It's past time to go after those who make it possible for others to commit crimes.

Aiding and Abetting: It is derived from the United States Code (U.S.C.), section two of title 18:

(a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.

(b) Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or another would be an offense against the United States, is punishable as a principal.

I'm pretty sure most of us see sanctuary cities as being illegal under any legal inperpretation. However, they have been allowed to exist under multiple administrations.

This has to stop or be stopped by someone with ther guts to say no entity is above the law for whatever reason.

One way to do this is make compliance to the law a prerequisite to receiving any federal funding for any program. If a state or muncipality sees fit to ignore this, it should be at their financial peril, not yours or mine.
