Can anyone imagine Reagan joking about being in bed with a man? Carter? Ford? Bush? JFK? LBJ? This “joke” tells me the idea is not abhorrent to him.

If Obama wanted to make a joke about asking Brian Williams for advice, he could have done so by placing the conversation in some other context. Instead, he chose the scenario of being in bed with Williams - literally - as the setting for his "joke." That's very interesting.
