Perhaps the FedGov will pay for finalizing his sex change while he’s in prison.
If he goes to a men’s prison, gets a sex change, will he then be sent to a women’s prison?
Thoughts: If he goes to a men’s prison, why not give one of the prisoners a dull straight razor to give him his sex change!
