As screwed up as I think he and his family actually are, I will at least give him credit for not trying to leave the scene or fake some injury to get rushed to the hospital where he’d have had time to get a lawyer there before they tested him.

I once had a senior NCO rear end me hard, so hard it broke my seat when I whiplashed back, drunker than a skunk, claim he was injured and transported to base where they hushed up the police report (they allowed him to retire). At the moment of impact (middle photo) his left hand IS on the wheel and he is looking straight ahead. Probably braking. It doesn't look like he could have been moving very fast but you'd have to see tmz's footage for the previous mile. What's that? They have no footage for the previous mile? You don't say. The paps will be destroying and covering their asses. He had just gone to pick up that vehicle he was towing; he had lent it to a wounded warriors group. I'm willing to wait and see if he was at fault or if he couldn't avoid this.
