Earlier this week West Virginias Governor Earl Ray Tomblin signed House Bill 2001, making the state the first in the nation to repeal its alternative energy mandate. The bipartisan proposal sailed through both chambers of the West Virginia Legislature earlier this month, passing unanimously in the Senate and by a vote of 95-4 in the House of Delegates.
West Virginias mandate required utilities to generate at least 25 percent of electricity with renewable or alternative sources by 2025. Although unlikely to happen, the mandate could technically be achieved in full by only using fossil fuel-based alternative energies. Consequently, many viewed the states renewable standard as a non-binding goal.
Nevertheless, this is big news.

RPS = Renewable Power Supply
RPS= leave all that coal in the ground and send WV’s miners to the unemployment line.
Obama will be coming over to SPEECH at West Virginia
Some hand-picked federal black-robed tyrant will declare such a repeal “unconstitutional,” just..... because.
...And to the office for signing up for EBT/handouts and enlist into the FSA(Free Shit Army).
And the WV miners are getting a little defiant about that summary judgment passed upon their way of life.
Restless men with few answers or satisfactory direction in their lives, a good many of whom also are pretty good with a rifle, are ripe for formation of something like a “watchers” corps, and this is definitely an abiding danger for the Feds, whom the West Virginia residents have little affinity for anyway.
PS: One good thing about mountain/country people is they tend to be VERY resourceful.
If 0-Tard cuts off their ‘proper’ revenue, they can fire up a ‘Moonshine’ still in like, 2 days. They can also grow certain ‘forbidden plants’. They’ve done it before. My Great Uncles and grandfather did to put food on the table during the great depression...
They tend to not give a damn about “man made laws”, as they called them. lol I wish they were still alive. I loved hearing their stories when I was very young.
Mountain men are always free!
Just have to deal with the black robe fools.
West Virginia the only state that has not contributed to the Freepathon?
Pennsylvania is second only to Texas in the sheer number of private firearms owners and, culturally as well as distance-wise, we are a lot closer to West Virginia than Philadelphia.
