Anybody remember “Deep Throat”? It was a $25,000 extravaganza that I call the “pet rock” of *orn. I rembember driving past the “dirty movie” theater on 1st avenue in downtown seattle and there was a long line of people waiting to get in, mostly couples and a LOT of them middle aged.
But at the end of the day it was just another por* movie.
This seems to be its reincarnation.
I will never forget beingn invited to a coworkers and his family’s house in the early 70’s and having been shown the film Deep Throat after dinner. It was so embarrassing. Mom dad daughter son and son in law. My husband and I were speechless.
I knew the world had truly shifted.
