GUSTINE, Texas — A group of students at an elementary school in Texas were apparently asked to lower their pants for a poop inspection on Monday.
School educators told two dozen students they were regularly finding feces on the gym floor. The students were then separated into groups of boys and girls and ordered to “pull down their pants” so administrators could “check if they could find anything.”
Maria Medina, whose 11-year-old daughter was searched, said her daughter’s privacy was violated. She told WFAA the teachers involved should be fired.

If some A-hole teacher did this to any of my kids they would be needing a nose job very quickly. This makes me mad for other parents and their kids.

What completely BAFFLES me, Morgana.. is if you or I did this.. we’d be arrested. However, since “educators” did this... they will allow parents to speak at a school board? Teachers no fully well that this is inappropriate and I think someone got his or her “jollies” by doing so. Years ago, my son wacked himself in his private parts and was taken to the nurse (he was 6). The nurse called me to come to school to evaluate the situation. I asked her if he was swelling or bleeding and she said she couldn’t check. Worried at that point, I asked that since she was a Registered Nurse, could I give her verbal permission to check. The answer was simply no... My point is is that these educators knew darn well they weren’t allowed to do such a thing.
Why did they only check the students? It could have been an adult teacher or employee.
This is where the anti bullying stuff comes into play. I cannot imagine it was too long ago that if a kid was dropping a load on the gym floor, the rest of the kids would be all over them.

I have always been, and was even as a kid, the person that would say......mmmmm no.
I don’t think most kids now are taught that. Most are taught to just politely do whatever they are told by ‘authority’ figures.
