Who answers their land lines anymore, unless it’s from a number they know? We sure as hell don’t. Anyone that I want to actually speak to calls on my cell phone. (most of the time I don’t answer that either lol)

The land line ringing in our house is like a background noise. When it rings, I don’t believe anyone really notices. We wouldn’t have it if not for Internet.

The "survey" is probably fake,just a way to draw you into the pitch. If it had been a legitimate survey, a third party disinterested company would not have hung up on you. If the RNC thinks it will get useful information from these questions, they are self-censoring the respondents and will get only what they want to hear.
