I clicked on this, and was actually relieved to learn they weren’t performing hands on sex education. There have been so many student teacher sex stories in recent years, I half expected that was the case here.

A new teacher is selected from a pool of applicants that appear before various school officials and always before the superintendent and the asst superintendent
Usually a number .. 2 or 3 are selected from all of the candidates and presented to the school board for final approval
The super and asst super have absolute control over who (or what, as the case may be) get's to appear before the board
The board is never all conservative so even THEN, there's no guarentee a good person gets hired ... and if that one hired has tenure (maintains their tenure from the previous position) .. it'll be impossible to get rid of them should they prove to be something less than desireable

I talk with my fellow directors to hip them to what I think .. I THINK they listen, but some aren't on the side of America, imo.

At our No. Cal. high school the Drivers Ed. class used the school car on Mon.,Tues.,Wed., and Friday.
On Thursdays the Sex Ed. class used it.
Well, who else would you expect to be teaching sex ed classes? /s
If you want to teach something get an expert.
Joke, but it would be better to not teach this at all, especially now that perversions take up an ever larger portion of the curriculum.
