In case youre not up-to-date on the latest Thing To Be Outraged About, heres a quick recap: Seth Rogen and Michael Moore tweeted some things in relation to the movie American Sniper that people didnt like. In Moores case, it was an observation about how cowardly snipers can be. In Rogens case, it was about how the film reminded him of the Nazi propaganda film in Inglourious Basterds.
There was some outrage about it, and Rogen clarified on Twitter Monday that he wasnt comparing the film about Chris Kyle to Nazi propaganda; the former just reminded him of the Basterds short film.
Well, apparently, no one noticed that clarification, because the Rogen pile-on hasnt stopped. Whoopi Goldberg scolded Rogen on The View for not showing the film and Americas veterans enough respect. Country singers like Craig Morgan and Blake Shelton expressed their disgust with his sentiments. Kid Rock went so far as to say, Seth Rogen, your uncle probably molested you.

“You fat cross eyed Yogi Bear looking red diaper grandbaby with the hot wife in love with your cash”
Perfectly said!
BTW, buy the book, far better "story".
BTW2:
FUSR and FUJV.
They did. His name was Mustafa
This is the same Rogen who went into hiding when the Norks didn’t like his last stupid movie. He’s an ignorant tool trying to look Hollywood cool.
You forgot to add that he has very little talent.
Yet, he’s a multimillionaire. So called singers and actors are all millionaires. Politicians are millionaires. And I’m talking millions upon millions. Larry the Cable Guy is a millionaire. How do people afford the tickets? I just don’t get it.
Is there someone in Michael Medved’s family who served? I tend to doubt that there is, unless we count his own assistance to Hanoi’s antiwar influence operation.
I think he makes a big deal of his father, who was probably drafted for WWII, having a WWII family member seems to work for a lot of people like Medved, who dodged the draft or never served.
Medved covered himself for years on the radio by also using his son, first Medved would say he didn’t want to serve in Vietnam (when the actual question was, why didn’t you ever enlist?), and then he would glide into talking about his son wanting to be a Marine, and making it sound like that covered everything, well his son didn’t ever enlist as far as I can tell.
By the way WWII didn’t snag any men in Romney’s direct male line, none of them ever served during the family’s entire 172 year history in America, none, ever, no draft, no war, no patriotism, no anything, ever snagged one of his line of males, including his five sons as he ran for president for 6 years, during war time, just as his dad before him ran to be a wartime president while Mitt was evading the draft, of course Mitt’s dad never served either.
Actually he has it wrong. He did compare them. That is, something about the film reminded him of another film. What he means is he didn’t equate them.
The author of this article, Josh Feldman, comes across as preening arrogant douche as well. I hope he issues an apology to somebody too.
Right.
More proof that Hell-ywood types need to sign overall electronic media to professional agent-types.
>> Seth Rogen’s explanations kind of remind me of Zyklon B.
lol
Regarding Seth Rogen, my opinion as well.
When I read his original tweet, it contrasted with all the reporting & comments, imho.
I don’t think what he tweeted deserves him being lumped in with the MM slime. It was just ‘dumb’. 02
Rogen is an America-hating clown who loves making money off of us and our system, that is, of course, protected by the likes of Chris Kyle. From his interview in The Guardian "Comedy's new centre of gravity":
"Does being a Canadian in America make a difference?"
"I think it does. You have all of the American culture already there in your head, but no loyal attachment to it, so you can make fun of it. And when you watch the news you don't think, 'Man we're [screwed]!' You think, 'Man, they're [screwed]!' It's great, like there's an automatic fake moral high ground that's just built in to whichever situation you're in."
Foreignness brings with it other perspectives not normally associated with American comedy. His parents are, he says, radical Jewish socialists.
"Well, they're socialists, maybe not that radical, and they met on a kibbutz in Israel. My mom's a social worker and my dad works in non-profit organisations. But they seem very radical in American terms, embracing a form of socialism that really doesn't even exist here.
I mean, where I come from, communism is not a terrible word.""
I don’t know what the Workmen’s Circle Jewish fraternal organization is but being a social worker or working for a non-profit doesn’t make one a socialist much less a radical socialist much less a communist. Maybe Seth is just the idiot child of the family.
I made no comment on your POV.
