It Very well may not be rape rape. Just because a person is in a blackout doesn’t mean they are doing things and saying things they will regret or want to excuse. I don’t trust media or lawyers so it is tough. I’ll wait and see cause I’ve seen too many girls; tequila in clothes off.

Prosecutors say the woman – – was allegedly drunk and passed out when the incident occurred.Choosing to play on the Interstate highway and not expecting to have a car run into you is foolish.
This ought to be tossed out of court with prejudice.
