How does one boycott the Oscars? Are they threatening to not watch the telecast? Why would anyone give crap if a bunch of people (who weren’t going to watch the Oscars anyway) don’t watch the Oscars?

How does one boycott the Oscars? Black entertainers don't go to the Oscar ceremony and don't perform there. Show whitey you mean it.
