I believe it is a tenet of Islam that all are "born Moslem" and remain so unless the "apostatize."

Ah, er, Ms. Rowling; NObody is BORN Christian from their mother’s womb; but only through the New Birth of Conversion via a personal decision.
One only becomes a Christian by intentionally and by one’s own volition, realizing and confessing their sinfulness and need of a Savior, and then calling out in prayer and inviting The Lord Jesus Christ into their heart and life.
