My grandmother was from there, probably just about 100 years ago.

Mine left Donogal in 1875. That is cutting it close.

Don't know when my Irish ancestors left County Clare, Ireland. Probably during the Potato Famine.

My Scottish ancestors left their homes in Dumfrieshire much earlier, due to the Clearances.
