LOL, brings back memories. Our dad tied floss to tooth and then the doorknob. Slam the door, job was done.

My stepson had new teeth growing behind his baby teeth. His mouth looked kind of like a Great White Shark with rows of teeth. I told him that if he did not pull the teeth that I would tie a string around each tooth and tie it to the door knob. In less than a minute he pulled all of the teeth himself, with his fingers!

Of course, this was years before the child-abuse-police came into being. ;-)
My older bro did the door nob thing for me. I didn’t quite understand his great joy in the matter.
