I was in a company car once and had to get out the manual to find the switch to open the door. It was underneath the steering column.
Rented a Chrysler 200 recently. Tried to lock it with the button on the fob. Every time it would lock and then unlock immediately. After a few minutes I figured out the lock range was longer than the unlock range. Went by the front door and hit the button. It stayed locked.
