A five year ban would take care of this nonsense.

The FACT that Suh is looking downfield, back across the scrimmage line, not down where he's stepping tells me that he wasn't trying to step on someone.
I have big feet. Stepping backwards can sprain your ankle very quickly when you step on a tennis ball, much less someone else's shoe or leg. I have a permanent lump on the outside of my right ankle from doing just that, stepping on a tennis ball as I stepped backwards on the court, and it happened on more than one occasion in my years of park league tennis.
In a previous game Suh intentionally stomped an opposing player, but he took aim to do it. This was an accident which is being used for NFL PC foolishness.

............I dont think you and I are watching the same video. You mean the above video where he's been pushed backwards while watching the play down field?
Unless he's got a high tech rearview camera in his helmet face guard or eyes in the back of his head, I can't see how he could possibly know who or what is behind him let alone be able to step on him twice without even seeing him.......
Add to that his record and oh well!
That statement pretty much explains the only argument you really have since both you and I watched the same posted video.......

Couple of different shots. The one on the NFL website actually cuts off before he completes the second “stomp.” One I saw on facebook looked worse.

With the first step he sort of rolled forward until his foot was on the turf, and then he quickly stepped back and stepped hight on Aarons ankle again. Not only that...he then shifted all his weight on the foot that was standing on Rodgers and then stepped off strongly. If it were unintentional, he would have quickly hopped off that foot and would likely have had to struggle/wobble to keep his balance as soon as he felt he was not on solid ground. There was none of that.

Suh is an animal with a long history of dirty tactics. He has kicked other players in the head, stomped on another players ankle (as recent as last November), has been fined and suspended for dirty play on numerous occasions. He just doesn't get it that there is NO ROOM for players with his ethics. He needs to be suspended for good. Some day he will truly hurt or injure another player and it will then be too late. I blame not only Suh but also the NFL for allowing him to continue playing. I don't care if he is a good player or not, he needs to be suspended PERMANENTLY.

hah, actually, I understand - and I am far less interested now than I used to be.....having said that, Suh is a major talent and probably one of the two defensive linemen everyone knows.
I was just giving you a hard time...because you had “big Cowboy fan” and “who is he” in the same sentence......no harm intended....

Interesting to hear Packers fans defending Suh, could it be because they want Detroit to beat Dallas?
Of course they want Detroit to beat Dallas but nobody in their right mind knows that's going to happen.........
To their credit, they recognize the fact that Suh is not guilty of what he's being accused of and those who argue against Suh are only convicting him on his past violations, which is not fair to Suh.

Agree with that - he’s just an ass big time.
To: Perdogg
Suh needs a one year ban. The NFL needs a one year respite from Suh’s antics.
The guy is a bum.

I watched the game and called the thug out during the live coverage. Then it was shown many times from several angles. There was no balance problems one would have stepping on someones leg, and then he stepped on Rogers a second time and there was no doubt that it was intentional.
I'm not sure what your problems are with Rogers, but I'm from TN and think Rogers is a fine QB.

.......well, the only opinion that counts is the NFL’s and we know what it was.
I agree with them “this time” and you don’t. Nuff said.
Thanks for the discussion!

There was no such stomp.........What I want to see is a 10 second video sequence involving Suh leading up to him stepping backwards...........

Stepped or "stomped"? If you say "stomped" then that would be intentional. So what was it?

It was bad live, too. He clearly stepped back on a person, took another step backwards and then lifted the 1st foot so that his entire way was on another player. It so happens to be the leg of a quarterback who had previously left the game will leg injury. At no point did he turn around to see what he was stepping on, and even after Rogers had hit him on the back of the leg out of annoyance, he didn’t even turn around. It was 100% malicious. The league needs to take much more drastic action. He clearly cannot control himself on the field
