I went to college with a gun named Barry Diamond who probably is not kin to him. He is a comedian who has had minor rolls in quite a few movies.

We took a field trip to Mobile and we rode in the same car. He told jokes just about the whole trip, many of them a bit racist. The prof who was driving finally told him maybe to keep them a little less volatile. I remember he told the prof that he was not afraid to call a Spade a Spade.
