Alice Ludes, a radio star who appeared in many Hollywood musicals, turned 102 in Ventura Saturday.
Ludes entertained guests by playing the piano at her birthday party at a retirement home in Ventura.

Clear head and light fingers are unusual at that age.
My Great Aunt was that sharp, but not as nimble at 102 when she passed.
She read constantly.
