-If SEA or AZ wins, it does not matter what DALLAS does ... DALLAS is #3.
-if SEA and AZ both lose, it does not matter what DALLAS does ... DALLAS is #2.
Cowboys’ seed is determined by SEA and AZ games, not DAL game. Their game is meaningless.
(All of that assumes DET vs. GB game does not end in a tie.)

GB would have 12-4 tiebreaker over AZ for #1 seed (GB-4).
AZ would have 11-5 tiebreaker over GB for #5 seed (AZ-SOV).
DAL has 11-5 tiebreaker over SEA (DAL-1) for #5 seed. (If SEA wins DIV with 11-5 record.)
