Maybe he was a Marine? (Though I doubt it).
A Navy guy and a Marine go into the head together to take a leak. After the Navy guy gets done, he starts to wash his hands. The Marine gets done, shakes it off, zips up and begins to leave the head when the Navy guy says to him, “Don’t they teach you to wash your hands after you take a piss in the Marines?” The Marine stops and looks at the Navy guy and says, “In the Marines they teach us not to piss on our hands.”
