You will have some luck searching for a specific post using a search engine like Google or IXQUICK or others if you put your handle in and any other specifics you remember. Things like another poster’s handle, topical references, unique statements and the like. Not perfect but you can get lucky and find posts you made years ago.
You can also include something from your past replies to find specific ones.
If you wind up with too much other stuff not you use
site:www.freerepublic.com [name] [anything else to narrow the search]
For example site:www.freerepublic.com "big bad easter bunny" got

It is easy as I assume you know to bring up all of your comments and post together, but I don’t think you can separate them. Once upon a time you could by using FR’s Search. But the search function has not worked well for years.
