First Legal hurtle: Separation, proving the harmful effect came from the e-cig not processed food.
Second Legal hurtle: FDA approval, these compounds are FDA approved, which is a very tough process to get though. Any scientific evidence would run directly contrary to the established testing and would be suspect.
